Terms and Conditions for Conference Participation
1. Registration
Registration Process: Participants must complete the registration form with accurate
and complete information.Only the people who have completed the payment for the
appropriate ticket, will be considered as registered participants.
Data Privacy: We will share the personal data with Sponsors and exhibitors only of
those registered participants who have agreed to do so at the time of registration.
2. Fees and Payment
Currency: All registration fees and payments must be made in US Dollars.
Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of registration. The Organizer
reserves the right to cancel registrations with outstanding payments
3. Refund & Transfer
Refund: We will not refund the amount of purchased tickets for The IAF Facilitation
Summit 2024.If you are unable to attend, please inform us by writing to
summit2024@iaf-world.org
Transfer: Only Busy bee Member /non- member tickets can be transferred , to the
person falling in respective category. Please write to us on summit2024@iaf-world.org
with the name, Email id and Membership code if an IAF member of whom you want your
ticket to be transferred to.
4. Code of Conduct:
Be mindful of the cultural context, comfort level and personal space while interacting during
networking.
The networking spaces are primarily created for mutual learning and collaboration
5. Changes and Cancellations by Organizer
Changes: The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Summit program,
speakers, schedule. Participants will be notified promptly of any changes.
Cancellation: In the event that the summit is canceled by the Organizer, registered
participants will receive a full refund of their registration fees.
6. Content Rights
Ownership: All the sessions will be recorded and the rights to content generated during
or related to the Summit will remain with the International Association of Facilitators and
respective content owners
Recordings of all sessions will be accessible to all registered participants till 19th
November 2024
